Why I’m Building Atrium (and How I’m Getting There)

Discover why I’m building Atrium — an AI CRM designed to streamline GTM, sales, and marketing with automation, integrations, and impact.

For the past few years, I’ve been working in product marketing and go-to-market strategy across different companies — from Avico and Xllence to Wondertale, where I built an entire GTM engine from the ground up.

No matter the industry or the stage of the company, I kept running into the same frustrations:

  • Go-to-market processes were scattered across too many tools.

  • Marketing and sales teams struggled with alignment — campaigns weren’t always connected to the reality of sales conversations.

  • And the tools we did have were often extremely expensive, making them accessible only to well-funded companies.

It became clear to me that something was broken. And instead of waiting for someone else to fix it, I decided to build the solution myself.

The Vision for Atrium

Atrium is an AI CRM SaaS tool built for impact.

It’s designed for GTM Engineers and sales teams who want to run multi-channel campaigns with tailored messages that actually resonate — powered by their own contact data, and supported by AI agents that can act for them.

Here’s what those agents will enable:

  • Contact data enrichment to keep your pipeline sharp and up to date.

  • Personalized copywriting that adapts to each contact.

  • Tailored multi-channel campaigns crafted automatically for every lead.

  • Task automation and response classification to reduce manual work.

  • Chat with your documents so knowledge is never locked away.

On top of that, Atrium also streamlines workflows with in-app automations and integrations, reducing the friction that usually slows GTM execution down.

In short, Atrium aims to streamline and automate GTM, sales, and marketing processes, allowing teams to focus on what actually matters: getting more sales.

How I’m Getting There

I started by translating years of GTM experience into concrete features. Today, Atrium’s strategy and content foundation is ready, and the web app wireframes — all 578 screens of them — are complete. The website is already designed in Framer (not yet live), and we’re entering our Beta phase in October 2025.

This is the part of the journey where building meets learning. Every conversation with potential users, every iteration of the product, is bringing Atrium closer to what it needs to be.

What’s Next

The next milestone is clear: MVP launch in Q1 2026. That’s when Atrium will start proving itself in the hands of early users, not just on my desk.

I know the road ahead is long — building software is never a straight line — but I also know the impact Atrium can have if we get it right.

Closing Thoughts

I’m building Atrium because I believe GTM teams deserve better. They deserve tools that align marketing and sales, automate repetitive work, and empower teams to focus on delivering impact — not managing overhead.

This is just the beginning. And I’d love for you to follow along, challenge me, and maybe even be part of this journey.
